Photographer Paul Nicholls has once again scooped a national photography award.
His picture of two Red Arrows jets at the Royal International Air Tattoo last year took spot in the Cultural Events category of the Event Photography Awards last week.
Paul said: “I’m pleased to announce I am the Event Photography Awards Cultural Category Winner 2026 for my image of the Red Arrows at RIAT RAF Fairford 2025.
“StandOut Magazine reported ‘It attracted over 2,300 images of events held all around the world from photographers in over 20 countries’, so I am very happy to have won this category.
“The quality of photography was amazing and congratulations to all the winners. My image was also used well by the Daily Telegraph at the time. This is my fourth Event Photography Award, previously winning the Cultural category 2020, Portfolio winner 2022, and Christmas winner 2024, plus many highly commended and runner up awards.”
