Pictures: Sharks held to a draw at Kingswood

Sharpness Reserves (red strip) travelled to Kingswood on Saturday – both teams languishing at the bottom of Stroud League Division One – and hoping a win would move them up the table.

The first half remained goalless, but the Sharks found the back of the net early on after the break. Their goalkeeper denied Kingswood the equaliser from a penalty shortly afterwards, but the Kings’ Robbie Foxwell scored the equaliser on 70 minutes.

Sharpness pressurised their hosts right up until the final minute, but try as they might they couldn’t find the winning shot.
