Police are appealing for witnesses after a police vehicle was shot with an airgun in Stonehouse last month.
On Saturday 17 July at around 10.25pm police attended a car meet-up in Stonehouse, while there a police van was shot at with what was believed to be an airgun that shattered the rear driver side window.
Nobody was injured.
Investigating officers have been conducting enquiries and using ANPR technology and are now appealing for witnesses.
There was a large number of people at the meeting and police are asking any attendees, who witnesses the incident to come forward.
Police are also asking the organiser of the event and a drone pilot who was there to contact them.
