Police hunt man who exposed himself to woman near cycle track

Police are appealing for information after a man exposed himself to a woman in Stroud this afternoon, Monday, June 20th.

The incident happened around 12.50pm when the victim was walking from Woodchester in the direction of Stroud.

He was stood on a steep embankment off the cycle path which runs alongside the A46 Bath Road.

It appeared as though the man was trying to hide in overgrown bushes and was seen to be pulling up his trousers.

The man was described as being white, around 5ft 9ins in height, of a slim build and is thought to be under 30 years old.

He was wearing a baseball cap, long shorts and a top with short or rolled up sleeves.

A search of the area took place however the man was not located.

Officers are investigating whether this incident relates to a similar incident in the area which was reported on 9 May when a man was seen masturbating.
