Police are appealing for information following a break-in at a store in Fairford in the early hours of this morning, Saturday.
At around 2.20am police were called with a report of four men breaking into a shop on London Street.
The caller reported that the men were using bats and other items to force their way into the shop.
They were loading items into the boot of a vehicle, which is believed to have been either silver or grey, and cash was taken from an ATM.
The vehicle then left in the direction of Cirencester at speed a few minutes later.
During the incident people who had come out of nearby premises were also threatened and shouted at. No-one was injured.
