The owners of a Stroud pub are this week celebrating a decade of success.
Rorie and Ania Scott from The Golden Fleece in Stroud are celebrating 10 years of pulling pints on Nelson Street.

Talking about today’s milestone, Rorie said: “We had previously run the Bisley House with my mum and dad from 2013 to 2015. The Golden Fleece had been closed down for some time and has fallen into disrepair. My dad saw the opportunity to save the pub and after an extensive renovation, the family business reopened the Golden Fleece in August 2015 and we took the reins of the business a few months later.”

The 10-year celebration starts today, Friday with a two-day party from 3pm with food from Salt Bakehouse (Sourdough Pizzas Friday) and authentic Spanish paella Saturday. Music comes from Lewis Clark and Café Hysteria early evening in the garden with DJs and a late bar up to midnight.
