Chalford boss Ben Powell heaped praise on his side after they came from behind to retain the Reg Davis Cup.
Powell’s side defeated Cheltenham Civil Service 4-3 at Lydney Town’s Recreation Ground on Wednesday night.
Powell’s injury-hit side found themselves 2-1 and 3-2 down before a remarkable turnaround.
Powell beamed: “To come from behind three times shows everything about them. I can’t thank the traveling support enough and I’m hugely proud of everyone connected with the club.”
Earlier, Cheltenham Civil Service took the lead through Connor Hart, who notched a second after Chalford had brought the tie level.
Former Shortwood United striker Paul Holmes grabbed Civil Service’s third after Chalford had netted parity.
Freddie Wilson, Luke Barstow, and a brace for Ryan Harry saw a plucky Chalford edge a pulsating final.
