No need to turn the oven on to make this delicious side dish. These air fryer baby potatoes are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They make a great side dish or snack, and they’re so easy to make! Just toss them in your air fryer with some olive oil and seasonings, and you’re good to go!

Ingredients

900g Baby potatoes cut in half, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp Italian seasoning, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp kosher salt, ½ tsp black pepper, and fresh parsley to garnish.

Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.

In a bowl, toss your baby potatoes with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper.

Place your baby potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer cut side down and cook for 18-20 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, and flip the potatoes halfway through.

Remove them from the air fryer, garnish with fresh parsley, serve and enjoy your baby potatoes!
