Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
Two tablespoons of unsalted butter softened, 1 lime zested and juiced, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 red chili stalk and seeds removed, then finely chopped, and 4 corn on the cob.
Preheat your oven to 205°C.
In a mixing bowl, add butter, lime juice, lime zest, chili powder, red chili, and kosher salt, and mix together. Then spread evenly on the cobs, wrap them in foil and place on a baking sheet, and then in the oven.
Cook until tender, approximately 20 minutes.
Unwrap the cooked cobs, serve immediately and enjoy!
