Ingredients

285g Feta cheese, 1 red chili pepper plus extra for garnish, 2 small roasted red peppers, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil, and 1 garlic clove.

Instructions

Place feta cheese, red chili pepper, roasted red peppers, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and garlic in your food processor, secure the lid, and blitz until smooth.

Once blitzed, place in a serving bowl, garnish with freshly chopped red chili peppers or crushed red pepper flakes, and extra crumbled feta cheese.
