Recipe: Spicy peri-peri chips


Forget paying out for takeaways, we show you how to make this easy recipe with only 3 ingredients!

Perfect as a snack dipped in your favorite dipping sauce or as a side dish. You’re going to love these crispy, spicy chips! To make it super easy we’ve used frozen chips, but you can of course use homemade chips!

Preparation time: 2 minutes

Cook time: 25 minutes


900g frozen chips, 4 tbsp olive oil, and 6 tbsp peri peri seasoning


Preheat your oven according to the packet instructions

Add your frozen chips to a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and, using your hands, make sure the chips are coated evenly with oil and arrange them in a single layer. Then cook according to the packet instructions.

When the chips are cooked, add them to a mixing bowl and sprinkle the peri peri seasoning and toss to evenly coat.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
