The Sub Rooms jigged and reeled as The Wurzels finally made their date with Stroud, writes Jonathan Duckworth.

Their gig had been Covid delayed from the start of this year, but that
delay didn’t dilute the fun on stage. The band belied their years with a
lively set, humour and laughs, rock star moves, and classic songs.

The audience had great fun dancing to classics such as “I’m a Cider
Drinker” and “Combine harvester”; these were highlights in an intimate
and polished show.
