Road reopened this morning after serious traffic collision

A road had reopened after a serious traffic accident this morning, Monday.

The road had been closed in both directions at the crossroads with the A4135, Gloucestershire Police said, after two vehicles collided on the road at the Grumbolds Ash crossroads, near Calcot.

An eyewitness told Stroud Times: “The road is clear now, a couple of workmen were clearing the scene and it appears a vehicle has taken out a traffic light and road island bollard.”
