A new wellbeing centre has opened in Stroud.

The Recovery Club is a two-person private suite featuring a Finnish sauna, ice bath and strength station with kettle bells, dumbbells, resistance bands, compression boots and massage gun.

Based just off the high street on 43 London Road, the club offers a variety of payment options from pay as you go or an unlimited membership.

All bookings cover one to two people, so users can bring a friend or training partner and split the cost. They’ll receive a unique code on booking to grant them access to the suite.

Owner Georgie Greenwood said: “I’m a competitive runner for Stroud Athletic Club and through going on my own journey of improving my lifestyle habits and getting into sport again has inspired me to create The Recovery Club.

“While offering a suite that’s affordable and accessible, want to help people prioritise recovery, supporting their goals and enhancing their physical and mental wellbeing.”
