Forest Green Rovers boss Robbie Savage has secured the loan signing of exciting Bristol City prospect Elijah Morrison until the end of the season.
The 19-year-old arrives hot on the heels of the capture of 21-year-old centre-back Gabe Kircough from Cymru Premier side Penybont earlier this week.
Morrison joined the Bristol City academy in 2022, and made his first team debut against Rotherham United in April 2024, before signing a three-year deal the following month.
This season, Morrison has featured once in the EFL Cup and made five appearances for City’s Under-21s in the Premier League Cup.

A versatile, left-sided player, Morrison is capable of operating across the defence or in midfield.
Bristol City technical director Brian Tinnion told the Robins’ official website:
“We are pleased to secure this loan for Elijah so that he can benefit from first-team football.
“It is an exciting loan for him at a team pushing for promotion, and we look forward to monitoring his progress.”
Meanwhile, Aidan Dausch has returned to his parent club Coventry City. The 19-year-old played 11 times for Rovers, scoring once in a 4-3 defeat to Luton Town in the Emirates FA Cup.
