Ex-Oasis star Liam Gallagher has been spotted strolling on Selsley Common.
Stroud Times understands the rock legend has moved into the £16,950 a month house in the village of Selsley, with his fiancee Debbie Gwyther.
Set over 16,000 sq ft, it has 11 bedrooms, 2.5 acres of garden, as well as a gym, meditation room, sauna, cinema room and a wine cellar, Stanley Park originally belonged to Sir Samuel Stephens Marling, the 1st Baronet and a cloth manufacturer and local politician in the early Victorian period.
Built in the 19th century and extended in the 1850s and the 1870s, the site is believed to date back to the 16th century, with the house being passed down through the baronial line for a century.
The epitome of high Victorian grandeur, bay windows, turrets and battlements abound in this impressive house, with Queen Mary once famously captured posing in its ornate Gothic-arched porch, when she visited former owner Lady Marling for afternoon tea in 1941.
In photos snapped for The Sun, Liam can be seen in a long black coat, with his hood up, a balaclava and even dark, black goggles on while walking his dog Buttons.
He’s currently gearing up to go on his 12-date Definitely Maybe tour next month, 30 years after the release of Oasis’ album by the same name.
