Something for the weekend: crispy air fryer broccoli

It’s that time of year that you crave hot cooked vegetables and I think you’re going to love this simple recipe, there’s no need to turn your oven on, you can make it all in your air fryer!

This broccoli is crispy and cheesy, you can serve it as a side dish, or you can do what I do, sit down in front of the TV with a bowl full of it and my favorite dipping sauce and scoff the lot! Enjoy!

Preparation time: 4 minutes

Cook time: 6 minutes

Total time: 10 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

340g Broccoli florets washed and cut into small pieces, 25g vegetarian Parmesan cheese finely grated, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.

Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 205C.

In a large bowl, add broccoli florets, vegetarian grated Parmesan cheese, extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper, and toss to coat evenly.

Place the broccoli florets in your air fryer basket in a single layer to ensure that it’ll cook evenly, and air fry for 6 minutes, flipping halfway through.

When cooked, sprinkle a little additional vegetarian Parmesan cheese and serve immediately – enjoy!
