Specialist vintage and antique traders invited to join Home of Vintage at Five Valleys

The Home of Vintage is looking to welcome established specialist traders as it continues to expand its offer of quality vintage, antique and collectable goods.

Following its official opening by Dame Joanna Lumley OBE in April, Home of Vintage has strengthened its position as the area’s largest destination for all things pre-loved, sustainable and hand-crafted, with a vibrant line-up of 32 independent traders already in place.

The latest search is focused on attracting traders with distinctive pieces that celebrate Stroud’s rich ties to craftsmanship, creativity and characterful design.

Home of Vintage is particularly keen to hear from sellers specialising in antique and vintage items such as decorative mirrors, mantelpieces, vintage designer luggage and gardenalia.

Stroud’s reputation for independent shopping, heritage and vintage finds makes it an ideal setting for specialist traders to connect with customers looking for one-off pieces with provenance and lasting appeal.

Centre Manager of Five Valleys, Mick Grundy, said: “Home of Vintage has quickly become a really exciting part of the centre, bringing together a fantastic mix of independent traders under one roof.”

“We are particularly keen to hear from traders with pieces that will add real depth and quality to the offer. From decorative antiques, garden pieces and collectables, we want Home of Vintage to be a destination for items with character and lasting appeal.”

“It is all about celebrating independent local businesses and giving customers the chance to discover unique pieces they won’t find anywhere else. We are looking forward to seeing Home of Vintage continue to strengthen its offering and build on the strong response we have had so far.”

Could your antique business be part of Home of Vintage? Open Thursday to Sunday, units start from £55 per week.

Traders are invited to contact Jodie Grundy at vintage@fivevalleysstroud.co.uk to find out more about joining the community of independent traders.
