Baroness Karren Brady and a production crew from the BBC’s The Apprentice were spotted filming on location in Stroud today, Friday, drawing attention from shoppers in the town centre.
Baroness Brady, long-standing adviser to Lord Alan Sugar on the programme, was seen on location alongside two contestants as part of what is believed to be task-based filming for an upcoming series.
Crew and participants were observed at the Longfield Hospice Charity Shop on King Street, before moving on to the Five Valleys Shopping Centre, where further filming activity took place.
Members of the public in the area described the presence of the production team as a welcome surprise, with one onlooker commenting on the town’s familiarity with visiting media and celebrity activity.
