When are you at your happiest? 

Behind the counter.

What has been the scariest moment in your life? 

Tumbling with my wife off a nine-metre waterfall in New Zealand.

What has been your biggest disappointment?  

My children (only joking lads!)

What is your guiltiest pleasure? 

Elton John.

Who is the most famous person in your phone? 

Dr Alex Paterson (The Orb) or Tom Ravenscroft I guess.

What is your favourite smell? 

A passing stranger with a jazz cigarette. 

Who would play you in a film about your life? 

Jeff Goldblum.

What do you like most about living in the Stroud area? 

The people, the countryside, the vibe and Good on Paper.

What would you improve about Stroud? 

A Labour MP.

What is your ideal weekend? 

A run over the Stroud Hills, falafel from the Farmers’ Market, a pint at the Fleece and a dance at the Goods Shed.

What is on your bucket list?

Brazil, Mali, Vietnam, New Orleans.

What is the most important lesson life has taught you? 

Everything in moderation.

What book and song would you take with you if stranded on an uninhabited island?
