MOST READ

Longfield Hospice in Minchinhampton will welcome back both old and new supporters with a traditional summer fete, to be held in the beautiful hospice grounds.

Claire Ellis, Community and Events Fundraiser, said: “We are so looking forward to welcoming everyone to the fete, it’s set to be a fabulous day out. There’s something for all the family to enjoy and we can’t wait to host this community event, our first major event since Covid restrictions were relaxed.”

The fete will start at 1pm on Sunday 29th August. Entry and parking is free. All ages are welcome, including well-behaved dogs on leads.

There will be a raffle, a variety of craft and game stalls, tea and cakes, a barbeque, classic car exhibition and so much more. There will also be an opportunity to look around the hospice facilities and beautiful gardens to learn more about what the hospice has to offer.
