Stroud AC grabbed a raft of medals at the South West Championships in Exeter today, Sunday.
Henry Sheffield, 15, scooped gold in Exeter winning a sprint finish in the U17s 800m event, in-form Sienna Rosewell,15, toppled the fifth-ranked runner in the country to win a clear victory and gold in the 800m, allowing the title to be kept in Stroud after Lexie Bull triumphed in 2021.
Elsewhere, Stroud U17s Freya McFadden followed Rosewell home to win the bronze.
Eleanor Sheffield, who was not selected to represent Gloucestershire, also ran in a Stroud vest, running a 3-second personal best in the 800m to win the U13s silver medal in two minutes, 26.3 seconds.
