Take That legend Howard Donald set to perform DJ set at Stroud’s Sub Rooms

Take That legend Howard Donald is set to bring his passion for underground dance music to Stroud with a DJ set at The Sub Rooms next month, Saturday, October 17.

Donald, who has enjoyed a hugely successful career as a member of one of Britain’s biggest pop groups, has also spent the past two decades establishing himself as a respected DJ and electronic music artist.

For the past 20 years, thousands of clubbers across more than 10 countries have experienced his tech and electro-house sets, with Donald performing at some of the world’s most high-profile club nights.

He is one of the founders of DJ collective Sonic Headz, alongside friends King Brain and Bart Van Der Zwaan, and has built a reputation for commanding audiences at underground clubs across continental Europe.

Mixing on CDJs, Donald relies on his ear for a tune to build tension and draw the crowd in, allowing the music to do the talking.

His style has proved particularly popular across Eastern Europe, where he has become a regular at some of the region’s leading underground clubs.

Now, Stroud clubbers will get the chance to see another side of the Take That star when he takes to the decks at The Sub Rooms.
