The Property Centre, a leading estate agent in Stroud, Gloucester, Cheltenham and Worcester has been awarded gold at The Negotiator Awards 2023 – their third top industry award in just five weeks.

During the awards ceremony, The Property Centre was announced as the gold winner of the Regional: South West Agency of the Year in recognition of the successful branches the company has located across Gloucestershire. In addition, The Property Centre also picked up silver in the Regional: East & West Midlands Agency of the Year category for their branches based in Worcester.

Simon Trippett, company partner at The Property Centre said:

“It’s a great honour to receive these awards in recognition of the hard work our teams put into providing the best service. Our customers are the very heart of our business and we’ve built our success on reputation.

“Winning this latest gold means we’ve effectively won the treble this year. Gold at The Negotiator Awards, Gold at the ESTAS Awards and Gold at the Best Estate Agency Guide Awards.

“This means that when we say our service is outstanding, that’s not just our opinion, it’s the opinion of leading names in the property industry and our customers, from whom we have received thousands of five-star testimonials across several review platforms.”

The winners of this year’s awards were announced at a sparkling gala dinner attended by almost 1,000 guests, hosted by comedians Ronni Ancona and Hal Cruttenden at the five-star Grosvenor House, Park Lane in London.

Grant Leonard, publishing director at The Negotiator said, “The significance and importance of the awards should not be underestimated. They prove that the industry is thriving and positive, despite challenging times for all property businesses and we’re looking forward to a more settled 2024.”

He continued, “Our awards programme is run by leaders and industry experts who truly understand the world of estate agency, rather than being based on statistics. Estate agency is about people, not numbers and The Negotiator Awards are an opportunity for agents to demonstrate the human aspect as well as the business side.”

Earlier in November, all nine of The Property Centre’s branches across Gloucestershire and Worcestershire were rated Gold – Exceptional by the Best Estate Agent Guide 2024.

The guide provides prospective buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords with a reliable rating system based on a combination of housing market and property listing data analysis, Google ratings and Google review sentiment analysis – whether reviews are positive or negative.

Of the 13,000 estate agency brands in the UK that are assessed, just 3,000 make it into the guide. The Property Centre have gone one step further and made it into the Top 500 placing them in the top 3% of estate agents in the country.

It was also a bumper year for The Property Centre at this year’s ESTAS Awards. The team came away with a staggering five awards, including gold for Best Regional Group in the UK.
