These cauliflower steaks are my new obsession, easy to make and they are so tasty. If you’re looking for a veggie alternative to steak night, or if you want to shake up your Christmas dinner a little, then you’ve got to try these bad boys. I hope you enjoy them!

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 lemon juiced, 2 garlic cloves minced, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, salt and pepper, 1 cauliflower
30 ¾ grams pistachios crushed, ½ pomegranate arils, and 2 tablespoons fresh parsley.
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180ºC and line a tray with baking paper.
Mix the olive oil, honey, lemon, garlic, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch steaks and arrange them in the baking paper. Brush the cauliflower with the honey and lemon mixture and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with pistachios, pomegranate and fresh parsley.
