Update on Tricorn House refurbishment

An ambitious project to turn the much-maligned Tricorn House into a new housing development is nearing completion.

Developers Viladnik Holdings Ltd, who have owned the building since 2022, have reported the internal fitout is almost complete, which will see the site turned into 44 flats.

The current consent for the building provides 34 parking spaces for the 44 residential units. There will also be a structure to house bats, which are present in the building.
