A vacant shop in Stroud is up for auction.
Trading previously as a waffles shop and a wine shop in the 1980s, the auction of the Nelson Street property will take place on Thursday, February 13 with a guide price of £90,000.
It is described by estate agents Maggs and Allen as a three storey freehold mixed-use commercial premises.

The current layout boasts a café on the ground floor, a commercial kitchen on the first floor and living accommodation on the second floor.
Stroud Times Editor Ash Loveridge said: “This is another memorable Stroud building that was once a popular wine shop back in the 1980s and something I fondly remember. It would be great to see it turned into living accommodation.”
