Nestled in the hills above Stroud, Burleigh Court, a 200-year-old 18-room luxurious country house hotel set within a Grade II listed manor, has just re-opened following a month-long closure during January 2022 to renovate five further rooms.
The hotel’s 2 AA Rosette restaurant, headed by Chef Shaun Jones, is also in the final stages of an expansion to accommodate more covers.
Focusing on sustainable and romantic dining, serving the freshest ‘Best of British’ cuisine with produce locally sourced from within a 35-mile radius and from its own kitchen garden, the restaurant serves uncomplicated and seasonal food that’s big on quality and flavour.
For Valentine’s Weekend, Burleigh has a special offer running, available for 11-14 February. Rooms are priced from £159 per night per couple.
On February 14th, the restaurant will be serving a special candlelit five-course Cotswolds Tasting Menu, priced at £70 per person.
