Horsfall House is excited to announce its upcoming charity walk, jog or run, set to take place on June 9.
Head of Marketing and Fundraising, David Monument said: “The Horsfall House Charity Walk is an opportunity for us to come together and raise awareness and funds for the well-being of our residents and service users. By participating, you’re making a real difference in the lives of those who rely on our services and call Horsfall House home.
“People of all ages and abilities are invited to join us on a scenic stroll through Gatcombe Park Woods and Avening Court, both of which are not normally accessible to the public, with kind permission granted by their respective owners.
“Whether you walk alone, with family, friends, or co-workers, your participation helps ensure that our residents and service users receive the best possible care and support.
“The walk starts from Minchinhampton Library, anytime from 9.30am through to 1pm. Registering is essential, and you can do so either online, or on the day. There is a suggested minimum donation of £20 per person, but you may also like to join us in fundraising for the event through JustGiving.
“Along the route, there will be refreshment stations and an ice cream van on the home stretch to keep spirits high and energy levels up.”
“Registration for the Horsfall House Charity Walk is now open. Secure your spot early and start fundraising to maximise your impact. Visit horsfallhouse.co.uk/charity-walk to find out more and join us as we walk, jog and run for Horsfall House on Sunday 9th June.”
