Last year, Kingshill House Creative Centre in Dursley held their first ever classical music series which saw them welcome a new audience to visit the historic venue for the first time.
Following its success, they have introduced a brand new, three-part programme of classical concerts this spring.
This next series runs from March until May with the first concert of 2023 featuring the prizewinning Fitzroy Quartet with their programme of Mozart, Haydn and Schubert on Saturday, 25 March. This will be followed by the baroque ensemble Brook Street Band – famed for their interpretations of Handel – in April. The spring series will end with upcoming Welsh harpist, Gabriella Jones with a romantic programme of Franck, Rachmaninov, Puccini and Liszt.
This series at Kingshill House Creative Centre allows access to world-class performances and brings a high-level of musicianship to the area, and at a reasonable price too, as they want to make their events accessible to as many people as possible.
Kingshill House are offering a discount when you book all three concerts of the series. £40 for all three concerts or £17.50 each.
The first performance begins with the Fitzroy Quartet on Saturday, 25 March at 7:30pm, the bar will be open from 6:30pm.
