Why film crew were spotted in Nailsworth

The reason a film crew were spotted in Nailsworth this week has been revealed.

Filming has taken place around the town at various locations, including Coco Confectionary in Fountain Street and K’n’G Convenience on Old Market Street.

Such A Vivid Imagination is a feature film written by Dave Fedash and directed by Ina Luders. The cast include a number of actors from Susan Lynch’s Rats Stroud theatre group.

A Stroud Times reader, who watched filming, said: “We have a number of famous actors living by, so I was expecting to see Richard E Grant of Rafe Spall to appear, but I haven’t seen any big stars yet – perhaps they will film at night.”
