Leading Gloucestershire law firm, WSP Solicitors has appointed six Directors to invest in the future of the business.
The move is part of a succession plan formulated by Managing Director, Judi Bonham and Commercial Director, Peter Mardon, with a view to transitioning ownership of the successful long-standing business into new hands by 2026.
The investors include current WSP Directors Amy Leivers (Head of Commercial Property), Kirstie Carr (Head of Private Client) and Lucy McCallum (Head of Residential Property). Joining the young, diverse team are Camella Cephas (Associate Solicitor, Childcare), Robert Selwood (Deputy Head of Private Client) and Silas Miller (Marketing Manager).

The new team will be bringing over 80 combined years of legal and marketing experience to the table as well as fresh, new ideas on the direction of WSP Solicitors work in the county.

The succession project will run over the next four years as the six new Invested Directors take on greater responsibilities in the business and the local community.
