After a lockdown interrupted season, Minchinhampton Rugby Club will be restarting the Mini and Junior season on Sunday, September 5th.
The under 14s are looking for players to join the team and will be holding free taster sessions, starting on the 5th at 10 am. If you register, you’ll also receive a free Minch rugby shirt.
A new coaching set up is confirmed which includes coaches and players from the 1st team to ensure that the team receive quality sessions from the off.
Scott Hawkins, the head coach said: “With all the interruptions over the last 18 months, the team cannot wait to start the new season. I’m also very excited to be working with the new coaches who will bring a new coaching dynamic to the team.”
“The club has a fantastic clubhouse and a thriving community. Come and join us for a hot drink and bacon butty. We pride ourselves on teamwork, respect, enjoyment, discipline, and sportsmanship.”
