CALMNESS personified, Forest Green boss Mark Cooper is taking tomorrow’s top-of-the-table clash at Cambridge United with a pinch of salt.
“People can say it’s a big game, but we don’t get any more than three points if we win, we don’t get any more than one point if we draw and we don’t get minus points if we lose,” said Cooper. “It’s a big game in terms of that, but it’s second vs third – it’s another game.”
Cooper also revealed his feelings on combating online abuse after Newport County boss Michael Flynn suffered at the hands of keyboard warriors on the Exiles’ social media pages this week.
The Rovers’ boss also discusses the form of Aaron Collins, goalkeeping choices, and the latest injury news.
