Man released under investigation as part of Stonehouse murder investigation

The man who was arrested in connection with the death of a woman in Stonehouse has since been released under investigation pending further enquiries.

The 53-year-old had been arrested on suspicion of murder during the early hours of Sunday morning (28 November).

The scene guard on Bath Road is likely to remain in place for a number of days to allow for examinations of the scene.
