Stunning monochrome images in club’s latest competition

Stroud camera club held its sixth competition of the year with the highly respected judge Steve Field giving his excellent critique on the images entered.

The Prints section was of an excellent standard with Steve’s choices being as follows: in third place was Jeff Wilson’s image called ‘The girl with curls in her hair’; second was Malcolm Marner’s ‘Gloucester Bobby’; the winner was the excellent ‘Falcon’ by Richard Atkinson.

The Digital section was of an equally high standard with the following being declared Steve’s winners: in third place was new member Paul Rowland’s image called ‘Splash’; in second was Mandi Horwood’s lovely ‘Joyful elephant’; there was a well-deserved win from new member Sam Bowen with ‘Taking 5’.
