The programme’s famous blue and red teams, along with the show’s experts Eric Knowles, John Cameron and Irita Marriott, will be at Wotton Auction Rooms on Tuesday as part of its July Antique & Interiors Sale, giving visitors the chance to watch the action unfold and potentially meet some familiar TV faces.

The two-day sale begins at 9.30am on Tuesday, July 21 and continues on Wednesday, July 22, featuring more than 1,500 lots.

Collectors and bargain hunters can expect a huge variety of items, including ceramics, glass, silver, jewellery, watches, clocks, decorative arts, rugs, textiles, books, stamps, paintings, fine art and furniture, with estimates ranging from £10 to £5,000.

Viewing takes place on Monday, July 20, from 10am until 6pm, with the full catalogue also available online.

Auctioneer Joseph Trinder said: “We’re delighted to welcome the blue and red teams and experts to the saleroom here as the BBC’s Bargain Hunt joins us for our July Antique & Interiors Sale.

“It’s bound to be a huge amount of fun and no doubt there will be dramatic moments ahead as each team’s purchases sell under the hammer with us.”
