Former Forest Green Rovers manager Steve Cotterill has been handed a three-match touchline ban following a red card after Cheltenham Town’s 2-2 draw with Grimsby Town.
Cotterill was involved in a heated post-match pitch fracas following the final whistle of the League Two clash.
The former Rovers boss admitted a charge of acting in an improper manner and has also been fined £2,250 by an independent Regulatory Commission.
Grimsby first-team coach analyst Ray Shearwood has been handed a one-match touchline ban and fined £450.
Cheltenham Town have been fined £6,750, while Grimsby have been fined £5,500.
Both clubs were punished for failing to ensure their players and/or technical area staff did not behave in an improper and/or provocative manner after the final whistle.
