Jazz act Utrillo promise to bring a slice of musical sophistication to Burleigh Court Restaurant and Hotel on Sunday, May 4.
The renowned local act specialise in melodic, sophisticated jazz with arrangements influenced by classical harmony, and the modern jazz artists of the 50s/60s/70s and will kick start a summer of live jazz sessions at the Cotswold hotel, which will take place every other Sunday on the back terrace of the venue.
Performances will begin at 1pm to accompany al fresco dining while there is the option to sit in the restaurant away from the festivities.
Burleigh manager, Tom Leahy is someone looking forward to the first jazz session, taking place over the May Bank Holiday weekend. “Whether you’re gathering with family, or perhaps friends, what could be better than a relaxed afternoon of live music and a great selection of food.
“Our Sunday roast and other options or just come on over for a dance and a refreshing drink. It was extremely popular last year and it can only get better,” he added.
