A bus and a car were involved in a collision at the crossroads on Middle Hill, Chalford, this afternoon, Saturday.
Emergency services were quickly dispatched to the scene.
Fortunately, no passengers on the bus are believed to have sustained injuries, though the vehicles suffered damage. The collision caused some disruption to traffic on Burscombe Road, with drivers advised to seek alternative routes while emergency crews managed the scene.
Residents have voiced concerns about the safety of the junction. One told Stroud Times: “This crossroads is the site of multiple collisions since we’ve lived here.”
