They’re ready to drink in 5 minutes. Why not break out the mojitos this weekend!

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Servings: 1


Ingredients: 1 lime, 6 raspberries, 10 mint leaves, 1 tsp sugar, ice cubes, 50ml white rum, 25ml lime juice, and club soda to top up.

Instructions

First, take a tall cocktail glass and place three lime wedges in it. Next, add your raspberries and mint leaves.

Now, add your granulated sugar. Now you’ll need to muddle your raspberry mojito by using a muddler and gently pressing down and twisting, so the oils and flavors are released.

Once muddled, it’s time to add ice cubes, a good handful of ice will be good.

Next, add your rum and fresh lime juice. Top up your cocktail with club soda water.

Stir and garnish with a fresh mint sprig, add a straw and serve to your friends.
