Dursley boss Nash delivers a slice of ‘De Bruyne-esque’ magic

Ebullient Dursley Town boss Karl Nash produced a Kevin De Bruyne like assist to hand his side their first Gloucestershire Northern Senior League win of the season.

Nash conjured up a sublime assist for Griffith to net parity and a brace after the break from Ben Dolbear handed the home side the points.

“We went down to a wonder strike,” revealed Nash. “We got back in the game when my ‘De Bruyne-esque’ assist put Griff in (Alex Griffith).”

Nash was satisfied with the result on the opening day of the new league season: “It was a pleasing result as we had a few key players missing and that was a big three points to get the season going.”
