Forest Green Rovers boss Robbie Savage has moved quickly to bolster his attacking options following injuries to Christian Doidge and Harry Cardwell.
Rovers have secured the services of Adriel Walker on a month-long youth loan from Stoke City.
The 19-year-old forward joined the Potters in February 2025 after spending nine years at West Bromwich Albion, where he progressed through the Academy ranks. He impressed for Albion’s U18s with nine goal contributions before stepping up to the U21s during the 2024/25 campaign.

Walker has carried that form into his time at Stoke, netting twice in their opening three Premier League 2 fixtures – against Wolves U21s and Liverpool U21s.
Speaking about the signing, Savage said: “Adriel is an exciting forward who has started the season in fine form. He’s quick, dynamic, and has an eye for goal. We’re a club who love giving opportunities to young players and, given a couple of recent injuries in the forward line, it was important that we were active in getting somebody with quality to add to the ranks.”
Walker will wear the number 27 shirt during his spell with Rovers.
