Here come the brides – hospice opens its doors for bridal gown sale

More used to offering Bereavement Counselling and Wellbeing Courses, this weekend, Longfield Community Hospice will be opening its doors to Brides to be and bridal parties, as they hold a Bridal Gown sale at their Minchinhampton Wellbeing space.

Thanks to the kindness of a generous donor, Longfield Community Hospice has been gifted 200 beautiful, designer-quality sample stock bridal gowns and will be offering a large selection of these to browse, try on, and purchase at an average price of £300 (an amazing 75 per cent off the normal sale price.)

The airy, double-height Longfield Creative Space will be turned into a sumptuous bridal gown store, whilst counselling rooms will be used as calm and private changing rooms and there will also be a selection of shoes to choose from, as well as second-hand hats for others in the bridal party.

Not only are Longfield looking forward to welcoming potential brides to be, looking for a bargain, but they are also hoping to show the visitors what a welcoming, calm and creative space Longfield Hospice offers to visitors.

Proceeds of the sale will go towards the Hospice at Home palliative care, Wellbeing and Bereavement Counselling Services. There is still time to sign up for the event at: Bridal Gown Pop-Up Sale – Longfield Community Hospice
