Mandy’s Saturday night pizza recipe

Want a pizza that’s cost-effective, crispy, and delicious?

My recipe uses tortillas as the pizza crust, and it’s cooked in the air fryer, making it a much healthier alternative to traditional pizza.

This quick, easy, delicious meal is perfect for busy weeknights or a fun weekend dinner. So why not switch things up and try our Air Fryer Tortilla Pizza?

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 3 minutes

Total time: 8 minutes

Servings: 2

2 x Flour tortillas, either 8 or 10 inches, 125g pizza sauce, 6 tbsp vegetarian Parmesan cheese finely grated, 20 vegetarian pepperoni slices, 55g mozzarella cheese grated, 1 handful basil leaves roughly torn, and red pepper flakes – optional.

Preheat your oven to 220°C.

Place your tortillas on a flat work surface and spread pizza sauce on them, leaving a ½ inch border. Add the tortilla to your air fryer basket, sprinkle the vegetarian Parmesan cheese over the pizza sauce, followed by the vegetarian pepperoni, then scatter the grated mozzarella over.
