Cosh therapy rooms have recently taken on a new premises in Stroud, next door to the newly opened Fortress Gym in Libby’s Drive. 

They are a team of movement specialists, comprising of sports therapists, sports massage therapists, strength and conditioning specialists, yoga and Pilates teachers. 

Owner Abbi Cosh said: “The facility is a warm, cosy yet professional and space to come and address your movement issues. This could range from post op, a new, existing or old Injury, prehab, rehab, sports massage, movement assessments – including muscle testing, counselling for barriers to movements and many more.”

Taster sessions for £15 are available on Mondays and Wednesdays throughout October, normal pricing will resume from November. 

Abbi added: “The aim is to offer a safe, calming space to enable people to regain confidence and mobility, to understand their issues and plan ahead to reach their goals. Free coffee is always available to enjoy in their comfy lounge and reception area. 

“We work alongside the Fortress Gym to offer a strength, conditioning and rehabilitation centre all under one roof.”
