Recipe: fresh strawberry mousse

Ingredients

35og strawberries washed and husked, 100g granulated sugar, 240g whipping cream, and strawberries for garnish

Instructions

Place the strawberries and sugar in a blender or food processor and puree, then set aside.

In a separate mixing bowl, add the whipping cream and beat until stiff peaks have formed. Then gently fold the puree into the cream.

Pour the strawberry mixture puree equally between your serving glasses and place in the fridge to chill for a minimum of 2 hours, but preferably overnight.

When ready to serve, garnish with fresh strawberries. Enjoy your strawberry mousse!
