Rugby action shot claims top spot in club competition

Stroud Camera Club held its fifth and last open competition of the season last week, judged by the esteemed Peter Weaver from Bristol who said in his judging that there was a very high standard in evidence.

In the Digital Competition, it was Annie Blick’s rugby action shot that took the honours in first place with Rene Cason’s Buzzard in second and Francis Mridha’s Rugged in third.

In the Print competition it was another Jeff Wilson portrait that took the honours with Leslie Holmes’ Fox in second and Trish Bloodworth’s Snow Day in third.
