A Sky Sports presenter for nearly two decades, Teddy Draper is taking to the Gloucestershire hills – literally.
Don’t be alarmed though. It’s all to do with his new personal training offering – The Triple Tonic.
Teddy, who studied sports science at Loughborough University prior to working in sports journalism is a qualified PT and believes The Triple Tonic offers huge health benefits.
Teddy offers three main types of Triple Tonic: The regular, The Triple Tonic With A View – in the hills above Cheltenham – and The Walk and Talk for less experienced exercisers who just want to get moving and feel better.

Teddy said: ” I think I’ve been fortunate, largely through playing and watching a lot of sport to realise the compounding mental and physical boosts we can get from exercising outdoors. Seeing other people respond so well to these sessions has been hugely rewarding and powerful for me.”
The triple is made up of:
1) Fresh Air – being outdoors is associated with big boosts in our mental and physical health, our ability to feel awake and our ability to then sleep well later in the day.
2) Movement – Through a collection of kettlebells, jump boxes, agility ladders, boxing gloves, every type of sports ball going and more Teddy aims to develop participants’ strength, cardiovascular health and coordination. It is always FUN, tailored to your likes and dislikes.
3) Conversation – every session features a 10-minute post workout chat with Teddy providing a soft drink. In a time of increasing loneliness and detachment, human connection, even just a quick chat, can bring massively impactful health boosts.
