Car clubs are becoming ever more prominent in bigger cities in the UK, but few people know that Stroud has got its very own car club.
If you are an occasional or irregular car user, or if you need a car on a regular basis then the car club might be just what you need. While prices from food to transport are rising, getting away from car ownership and sharing a car is a great way of saving money. and it benefits the environment too.
Stroud Car Club is now adding a third car to the fleet, a Dacia Logan, and is inviting members and interested people to a social event at the Stroud Brewery on Saturday, 16 July from 3-5pm, where the new car will be on show and where people can ask questions and find out more.
